Individuals with disabilities are a growing population in the United States today. The primary focus for students between preschool and high school ages is centered around traditional academics which leaves individuals past the age of 22 unemployable, unable to safely care for themselves and lacking independence. Caregivers for these individuals find themselves at a loss of how to properly educate and supervise their children, siblings or other relatives. Many of these individuals retain support services via MedWaiver which provides care for these individuals.

Currently, there is a lack of quality adult day
training facilities staffed with educated adults in order to service these individuals. LYF Inc. provides the locations of East Pasco and North Hillsborough with quality life skills education by trained, educated professionals in a safe
environment.  LYF Inc. fulfills the need for individuals with disabilities to learn life skills, independent choice making and environment specific learning by maximizing a quality of life approach.
